I'm a natural artist. My family is very musical and artistic. My uncle showed me how to oil paint and I've sent out beautiful landscapes to those I love. I started making cards for my relatives 15 years ago. They're attractive - (eye-catchers) and enjoyable to receive. There is a SPECIAL card from a SPECIAL person.
I went to nurses school after high school. I loved it. Nursing can be very creative! Ask a nurse! I worked as an RN for 20 years and now work at Hospice. Patients need someone to listen to them. When they receive a card, they smile.

Worked as the art teacher grades K-12. It was enjoyable to teach kids "how to" make Valentine, Easter, July 4, birthday and Christmas gifts. I'm all about gifts. That is my love. I've mostly worked ER for several hospitals and Clinics. In IL, I've worked at Good Samaritan Hospital, Edward's ER. I've also traveled as a manager RN for Doctors Emergency Officenters. I love nursing and now I am the "nurse of my neighborhood and friends.

​Home school all of my life.
Home teaching - Art School. Art comes naturally to me. I was taught art all of my life. I like variety, that's why I also make graduation, baptism, dedication, becoming a mommy-to-be, breast or other cancer cards. I like making personalized Happy Birthday cards, ie, I can include, "Haley, did I tell you how much I love you?" You give me the person's name and a short message and I will include it in the card.

I followed my sister, Lois, to nurses school when I saw what a joy the patients brought to her. I completed the 3 years and went to Wheaton College for English, Math, Chemistry, and Psychology. I had parties for the nurses which always included an artful way of decorating. This was life!
