Mom got me started at a young age in art work.

In my early years, I can remember Mom bringing home "kits" for me, Marilyn Biesboer, to do. I was age 6 when I made poodles out of yarn and beads. My older sis got to do one too! Mom would smile and praise us for neat work. By age 12 I could crochet and knit and on the list goes....macrame, glass projects.
About 15 years ago, I was invited to an Art party. I was delighted. Everything looked new and different. The host asked me to bring two pictures of a similar theme.
The teacher gave me a sheet of white paper and had me cut out a red "slope." With my son's two ski pictures, it looked like a snow scene with snowflakes, snow, ice pops, snowballs, skies, hats etc. By "scrapping this white sheet of paper, a beautiful snow scene was done.
I've made 16 scrapbooks of Clyde and my life together, vacations, graduations, and all the fun things we have done. I have also surprised my 20-year-old son with his own album done since birth.

I wanted something to do personally for people. I began folding my colorful sheets in a creative way until - guess what - a beautiful card was made. I used letters for the person's name and message (that you create), buttons, "sayings", color, bows.
I just completed Happy Birthday Susan who loved purple. I found a cool sheet of purple swirl paper, and I decorated it the way her gramma had asked me to. Everything was purple, but it turned out great!
Please feel free to be open with me. Tell me your likes and dislikes and we can create something for a friend or loved one. Custom Cards Image.
